Questions Recruiters Ask

Is the dashboard really free?

Yes. Your dashboard and your one free flex seat cost nothing and stay that way. You only pay if you want more seats than the one you have.

Who sees my applicants?

You and your station leader. Other recruiters at your station don't see your applicants, and nobody at another station does.

What does a seat give my applicant?

Full access to the program: all 6 courses, the live classes and every recording, and the full AFQT practice test. It lasts as long as they're on your seat.

Can I take a seat back?

Any time. Their full access ends right then, they keep everything they've done, and the seat is open for your next applicant.

How do applicants connect with me?

Give them your own link or QR code, send an invite to their email, or hand them a code. They can also find you by zip code and ask to connect, and you accept or decline from your dashboard.

What does my applicant see?

You, on their dashboard: your name, buttons to text, call or email you, and every assignment you send with its due date.

My station isn't listed. Now what?

Add it while you sign up. It takes the address and the branch, and the next recruiter from your office finds it right away.

My office has more than one branch.

Each branch is its own station, and the stations at the same address are linked, so an applicant searching your area sees them side by side.

How does paying for seats work?

By card, right on the site. A monthly plan renews each month, and you can add or drop a seat any month. Cancel, and your seats stay until the renewal date. A year is paid once and never renews, and we remind you before it ends.

Can I use a seat on myself?

A seat you paid for, yes. The free flex seat is for your applicants.

Does it cost my applicant anything?

No. Applicants never pay for a seat you give them. Without one, they still get the free live class and Arithmetic Reasoning Unit 1.
