Terms of Service

1. All Purchases Are Final

All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will not receive a refund for forgetting to cancel (subscriptions)
• You will not receive a refund for not using the service
• You will not receive a refund for deciding the service is not right for you
• You will not receive a refund for unused time on bundle purchases

We may issue a refund at our discretion only if a technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the service. We may also extend your access period on a case-by-case basis if you contact support.

2. Monthly Subscription

The ASVAB Program Monthly subscription is a recurring monthly charge of $60.00.

• You are charged immediately when you subscribe
• Subsequent charges occur on the same date each month
• Billing continues automatically until you cancel

How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until your paid period ends. No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

3. Bundle Purchases

Bundle purchases are one-time payments that grant access for a fixed period. There are no recurring charges.

• 3-Month Bundle ($147): 90 days of access from purchase date
• 6-Month Bundle ($237): 180 days of access from purchase date
• 12-Month Bundle ($297): 365 days of access from purchase date
• Lifetime Access ($497): Access never expires

Bundle access begins immediately upon successful payment. See our pricing page for the most up-to-date pricing. Prices shown above do not reflect proration credits or promotional discounts.

4. Upgrades and Proration

If you upgrade from a monthly subscription or existing bundle to a higher-tier bundle, you may receive a proration credit for unused time on your current purchase.

• Credits are calculated based on actual amount paid and days remaining
• Proration credits are applied automatically at checkout
• Proration credits may not apply when combined with promotional codes

5. Before Disputing a Charge

If you have questions about a charge, reach out to us before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company.
