What's up my ASVAB party people!

We're excited to introduce a new feature on our site – a progress dashboard designed to help you navigate your Math Basics course more efficiently. This tool will guide you step-by-step, ensuring you're on track to mastering the course. Let's get started on how to use it.

## Finding and Using Your Dashboard

You already have the program, so you can click below to open the Math Basics Dashboard:
If you have the program, you can click the button below to access the dashboard:
If you have the program, you can click the button below to access the dashboard:

### 1. Watch The "How-To" Video

If you're a more visual learner, feel free to watch the "How-To" video where Coach Anderson walks you through how to navigate the concepts, activities, and plan!

### 2. Find Your First or Next Learning Unit

Finishing each unit in order is the most important rule to follow. Each unit builds on the one before it, so you're guaranteed to be stuck as little as possible if you work to complete each concept in order.

Scroll down to find your unit and see which speed drills you need to pass.

❌ Incomplete ❌ = You haven't passed all the speed drills in a unit
Complete ✅ = You're good to move forward

### 3. How Do You Complete A Unit?

You complete the unit by passing the speed drills. Depending on where you are, here are your options:

Option 1: If you feel like you need a refresher, take advantage of the lessons, guided practice videos, and printable worksheets! Then, take the speed drill to prove you mastered the concept!

Option 2: If you believe you've got the concept down and don't need a refresher, then take the speed drill and save time! But if you don't get a 90% or better, then it's a good idea to go back to refresh and practice!

### 4. What's a Speed Drill?

A speed drill is how you prove that you're confident in that topic. A speed drill is a timed practice test that focuses on a very specific concept.

What do I mean by 'specific 'concept'?

As specific as it gets! You'll have a speed drill for adding whole numbers, order of operations, dividing decimals, and all the little concepts you must master to be ready for the ASVAB.

Here's an example of how it'll go:

1
This is the start screen. It'll tell you how much time you have and how many questions.

2
Top Right: Timer

3
When you're done, go to the last problem and hit 'submit'

4
See your score! You need at least a 90% to pass the speed drill.

5
Learn from your mistakes by using the feedback report

Once you pass, celebrate the ✅ Complete ✅ mark on your dashboard!

Your goal is to finish all 28 speed drills to complete the Math Basics.

So work hard and work consistently my ASVAB party people! And if you have any questions, you can always reach out to me. Text me at (833)-321-0182 if you have any questions!
